Shipping Policy

We cannot wait for you to get your Switchables order! We are making sure that everyone's orders are carefully packed and shipped in a timely manner. Our processing time is currently 1 to 3 business days before your order will ship. Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking information for the most up to date status of your order as well as delivery notifications. Please note, nationwide shipping delays are impacting several orders causing many packages to experience longer shipping times. We really appreciate your patience and support as we navigate these crazy times together. 

Standard Shipping: Once your order ships usps first class, it will take 3 to 8 business days for delivery within the United Stated based on how far you are from Massachusetts. 

Express Shipping: Once your order ships, it will take an estimated time of 1 to 3 business days for delivery either via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.  Please note UPS does not deliver on the weekends. 

PLEASE NOTE: Once your order departs from our warehouse, orders may experience delays due to safety measures, increased volume, and staffing issues all shipping carriers are experiencing in relation to Covid-19.  Please reach out to UPS or USPS should you have any questions regarding your delivery status.
